Can I return my order for a refund?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

 


Can I exchange my product if I order the incorrect size?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
 


Do you guys ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time Fected Freeroamer$ does not offer international shipping, however this is something we are looking to implement very soon, so stay tuned for future releases.


What currency does your website use?

The Fected Freeroamer$ website uses all USD, every listed price is USD, make sure to know the exact conversion depending on your country's currency.
 


When should I expect my order to arrive?

Your orders can be expected to arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks after the date of purchase. A tracking number will appear in your email about 3-4 days after your purchase. How can I be a Brand Ambassador?

Although we appreciate your enthusiasm, Fected Freeroamer$ does not have an urgent need for Brand Ambassadors at this time. If you would like to represent Fected Freeroamer$, please send a DM on Instagram to @fectedfree, preferably with a portfolio/pictures that show your interest in fashion & streetwear culture.
